Career

Before joining YDÈS at the beginning of 2023, Valérie worked for 16 years in two leading Lyon-based business law firms with an international dimension.

Valérie assists French and foreign companies in various sectors, particularly in the context of their external growth operations.

Valérie also advises on all types of corporate law transactions (creation of companies and monitoring of their legal life, restructuring, equity transactions and governance), as well as in the field of commercial law, in particular in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and transfers of business assets.
