Career

After training at the University of Lyon III and the EM Lyon Business School and several experiences in international law firms in Lyon, Edouard joined the firm in 2023 as an associate.

He advises companies and managers on all types of corporate law transactions (creation of companies and monitoring of their legal life, restructuring, equity transactions and governance).
