Nelly is a senior associate in Intellectual Property & Information Technologies, Commercial Litigation and Personal Data law.
Her clients include leading international and French companies, intermediate to major groups, and public entities for their legal issues relating to immaterial innovations and personal data protection.
Nelly is involved in both legal advice and litigation.
Nelly was admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2012. After significant experience with the law firm CMS Francis Lefebvre in Lyon, she joined the firm YDES’ Intellectual Property, Personal Data and Commercial Litigation department in 2015.
Nelly is a member of the GRAPI network (a network in the Rhône-Alpes region for Intellectual Property Protection) and the AFCDP (French Association of Data Protection Correspondents).
