Career

Cyril is a pioneer in intellectual property law applied to digital economy, and is a renowned expert in this sector. He is involved in all the legal issues related to digital activity and the digital economy, and more particularly in intellectual property, new technologies (I.T. and networks),
e-commerce, contract law, media law, advertisement law, privacy and personal data protection, consumer law, competition and distribution law, including the criminal law related to these sectors.

 

After a first international experience at the Agency for the Protection of Programs in Geneva, Cyril joined the firm Ydès in the year 2000 to setup the digital economy and data department.

 

Cyril is an arbitrator and mediator with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

 

He is also a lecturer in the intellectual property module for new technologies at the Paris Bar School.
