Laurent is specialized in private equity and M&A. He advises entrepreneurs, investment funds, management teams and groups of French or foreign companies in their different acquisition, assignment, merger or leveraged buyouts. Laurent also assists companies and their directors with the tax issues for their merger and restructuring operations.
Prior to joining Ydès in 2017, Laurent successively practiced as an attorney in various firms: Bignon Lebray (2003-2005), Poulain (2005-2007) and Jeantet (2008-2017).
Laurent is a lecturer at the University of Montpellier for the company lawyer diploma (DJCE), providing training sessions in business law.
