Career
Anne offers advice for restructuring operations (mergers and acquisitions, assignment or transfer of assets…), and also advises on issues relating to corporate governance, the creation and incorporation of companies and subsidiaries abroad. She also contributes to the definition and setup of partnership strategies in commercial development, co-enterprise and research and development agreements. She also assists clients in their management of their company’s real estate portfolio.
Anne was a legal department director in a company for more than 15 years in the aeronautic and engineering sectors, both in France and abroad. After 4 years of collaboration with Colbert law firm, Anne joined YDES in October 2018 as an Attorney Of Counsel.
