Career
An expert in labor law, social security law and contingency funds, Véronique provides legal advice and litigation in labor law and social security law for French companies and subsidiaries of foreign groups, and for the sector of the social and solidarity economy. She advises organizations on the individual and collective employment relations, the social aspects related to company restructurings, employee transfers, relations with the social partners, company negotiation, employee savings schemes, working duration and modulation, URSSAF controls (French family allowance and social contribution fund), international mobility etc.
Véronique assists directors in their decisions and manages the strategic growth aspects and restructurings. She also assists company directors offering customized solutions.
Véronique first joined FIDAL-KPMG and in an HR department in a company, before joining Colbert in 2000 to setup the labor law department (labor law and social security law) and to setup and organize Colbert’s training sessions for ongoing company training.
Véronique delivers seminars for inter-company training in labor law issues or on specific themes for Ydès’ clients and relating to their collective bargaining agreement.
She regularly drafts comments on the labor law case law for the journal “Le Tout Lyon”.
Véronique participated in the selection jury for the Bar School in the labor law section.
