Career
Marcelo is the main contact for French economic players operating abroad or intending to setup abroad and for foreign economic players investing in France. He advises French and international groups in their financing operations, mergers, external growth and national and cross-border restructurings. Marcelo has developed a specific expertise in the setup of foreign pharmaceutical groups in France and in the creation and support for start-ups in the biotech, meditech and new technology sectors for both French and foreign entities.
He also assists institutional investors in their private equity operations, and advises managers in the implementation of their management package.
Marcelo was an attorney in the M&A and Private Equity departments with the firm Delsol Avocats and was a partner with the firm Fidal before joining YDES in 2016 as a partner.
Marcelo is the joint director of the club Créateurs & Repreneurs d’Entreprises (CCRE) (entrepreneurs & company investors) at EM Lyon Business school.
