Career

After a successful first experience in the labor law department at Deloitte (legal & tax department), then with the firm OJFI, now known as Chassany, Watrelot, Laurence joined the law firm Ernst & Young, in which she became a partner. She then joined the firm Colbert in 2009.

Laurence assists French and multinational companies on labor law issues, for both legal advice and litigation. She has significant experience in managing individual and collective employment relations, in particular, in the context of corporate assignment/acquisition operations, transformation and reorganization.

Laurence has setup and organized numerous seminars for intra-company training on various themes such as HR assistance for mergers, management of working time or the management of employment rules, collective negotiation and personnel representative bodies.

She is an active member of AvoSial – a company lawyer union, specializing in labor law – and organizes seminars on social and labor law updates.
