Career
Clémence has been practicing at YDÈS for over ten years in employment law and social security law, providing both advisory and litigation support. She holds the Specialization Certificate in Employment Law.
She advises her clients on the day‑to‑day management of employment relations within the company, whether concerning individual employee matters or interactions with trade unions and employee representatives. Clémence also works closely with the firm’s other teams, particularly in connection with business transfers, mergers, acquisitions, and matters relating to corporate officers.
Clémence is committed to building strong, trust‑based relationships with her clients and to providing pragmatic, solutions‑oriented advice.
She has also taught at Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, within the University Technical Diploma (DUT) in Legal Careers.
