Career

Catherine is principally involved in business law, mergers and acquisitions, Contract law and in assisting companies undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.

She has developed an expertise in equity finance, LBO, MBO and OBO. As a result of her significant international experience, she also assists companies for their international financing operations and warranties.

Catherine joined the firm AERES in January 1997 as an associate and became a partner of this firm in 2007, now known as Colbert.
For more than twenty-five years, Catherine has been assisting her clients in business law.
