Career
Chrystelle supports her clients in all areas of employment law.
While she naturally advises on employment matters, Chrystelle has, over the course of her various experiences, developed recognised expertise in litigation.
Graduating with a master’s in economic activities law from the University of Paris Panthéon Sorbonne, she first practised for four years at Mussat & Landault, a generalist law firm with a litigation focus, before joining OJFI in 1999 and then Ydès, where she was tasked with developing the firm’s litigation department.
At Ydès, Chrystelle developed the employment law practice for the Paris office, working on both individual and collective employment relations.
Fluent in Spanish, Chrystelle is also responsible for the firm’s Spanish Desk.
She expanded her practice by becoming an investigating lawyer (moral harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination), recognised by the National Association of Investigating Lawyers in Social Law (ANAES).
She also became an accredited mediator with CMAP – the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre.
