Philippe Delorme

Career

An expert in business law, Philippe assists companies throughout their activity, in external growth operations and mergers.

Philippe has a significant expertise in the organizations or development of relations between shareholders, during the company’s activity, or new directions for company projects.

Philippe also assists directors in the organization and securitization of their corporate governance, by setting up legal mechanisms for protection against the death or temporary or permanent incapacity of corporate directors.

Philippe began his career in 1987 as an associate with the law firm Butler & Butler P.A. (Wheaton – Maryland – U.S.A.), before joining the firm Coopers & Lybrand as legal supervisor. He then became legal manager for Europe of the group Hilleshog NK (plant seeds) until 1994. He joined the firm Lyon Juriste in 1995, which became YDES in 2012, as an associate, then partner.
