Career
Cécile has significant and renowned expertise in M&As, LBO, issuance of complex securities and management packages and company restructurings. Cécile is bilingual French-English and mainly works for entities under foreign control.
Cécile was admitted to the Lyon Bar and the New York Bar. She has been practicing in the M&A Corporate department with YDES since 2010.
Based on her experience and training, she has been advising French and foreign clients to assist them in their cross-border operations, and more particularly, their installation issues in France and the development and restructuring of their activities.
