Career

Clervie has developed multi-disciplinary and cross-functional skills from her various internships in business law firms (in particular, Oratio Avocats) and legal departments of major groups (Eurofins, the group M6).
She first practiced in the law firm Tahar & Associés, specialized in the legal support for start-ups, and joined YDES’ Digital Economy and Data department in March 2020.

Clervie is an attorney, practicing in issues related to digital economy, in legal advice and litigation, and in particular, in intellectual property (trademarks, domain names, copyright, database), I.T. law, e-commerce law, contract law, privacy and personal data protection, consumer law and competition law.

Training: A master degree in business law; A master degree in Intellectual Property law from Nantes University
