Career
Gérald is principally involved in the areas of corporate and commercial law. He has developed a specific expertise in conflict management between shareholders.
After an initial successful experience in business law with the group Valspar in Minneapolic (Minnesota, the United States), then the Castel group in Geneva (Switzerland), Gérald began his career as an attorney by joining the business law firm Légi Consultants. He joined the firm YDES in 2008, in which he became a partner in 2011.
