Fabienne Maréchal

Career

Throughout her professional experience, Fabienne has developed significant experience in the distribution and industry sectors and has developed an expertise in the agribusiness. She has developed a specific skill in the guidance and management of legal departments and in risk management, providing support for operational and commercial departments in industrial key accounts (purchases, sales, marketing, product quality, logistics, real estate, DIRRECTE audits (labor audits), and a renowned expertise in corporate real estate.

Fabienne assists companies, in consultancy and litigation, in economic and commercial law, real estate and construction.

After 13 years’ experience in a notary firm, in charge of the corporate real estate and company finance department, Fabienne was legal director and risk manager for 12 years, a member of the Executive Committee at BRAKE France SERVICE, subsidiary of SYSCO US, a global leader for the distribution of food and non-food products for catering professionals.

She joined Colbert in 2012 by integrating the department Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and ran the real estate and commercial department for consultancy and litigation since 2018.

Fabienne was President of the tax commission for Syndigel a European federation for Business and distribution of food products under controlled temperature from 2008 to 2011, grouping the national wholesalers and retailers.
