Cindy is an attorney at Ydès, where she primarily practices real estate law, both in advisory work and litigation. Her practice notably includes construction law, commercial, professional and residential leases, as well as co-ownership law and debt recovery proceedings.
Before joining the firm in 2018, Cindy worked, since being admitted to the Bar in 2007, within leading Lyon-based law firms specializing in real estate law.
This background has enabled her to acquire in‑depth technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the key issues inherent to this field.
She frequently handles construction litigation, assisting project owners, builders, and insurers. She also has extensive experience in managing judicial and amicable expert appraisal proceedings in construction and real estate matters.
Cindy also regularly advises and litigates in the area of commercial leases.
She supports a diverse client base, including property developers, construction companies, institutional landlords, social housing organizations, co-ownership syndicates, and private individuals.
Cindy is also an active member of the Real Estate & Construction Commission as well as the Cultural Commission of the Lyon Bar.
