Career

After several internships in intellectual property firms abroad, in a domain name registration office (Lexsynergy Limited), then in national law firms (@mark) and international law firms (Simmons & Simmons, and an internship in the I.T. law department, Eugénie joined the Digital Economy & Data department at YDES in December 2018.

Eugénie Richard’s experience includes all the legal issues related to digital economy and in particular, relating to intellectual property, literary and artistic property, I.T. law and networks,
e-commerce, technological innovations, contract law, advertisement law, privacy and personal data protection, consumer law, competition and distribution law.

Training: A Master 2 (specialized master) in intellectual property law from Nantes University (2014).; A master degree in private law from Nantes University (2013).
