Career

After ten years as a manager and key client account director for the Deloitte network, Denis then became the director of AERES law firm then founder of the firm Colbert in 1997.
For 4 years, Denis managed as “Executive Chairman” the global corporate consultancy network IAGGLOBAL (www.iagglobal.org).

Denis has a renowned expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, transfers of majority shareholdings, LBO’s, MBO’s, OBO’s and industrial partnerships, more particularly in an international context. Specialized in transnational operations, Denis mainly advises foreign controlled companies and French companies with an international business.

Denis is also involved in leading strategic operations, providing consultancy services to company directors.

Denis organizes training sessions in negotiation techniques and ADR.
