Céline Thimonier

Career

Céline is a tax law attorney, in both legal advice and litigation. She is particularly involved in personal income tax and property tax and she advises a clientele of company directors both on the aspects of their personal income taxation and the transfer of property.

She is also involved in company taxation and participates in acquisition and restructuring operations.

Céline organizes transfers for leading groups benefiting from the Dutreil pacts.

She’s a member of the tax commission of the Lyon Bar and participates annually in the tax case law review of the Lyon administrative court of appeal.

She also actively participates in the annual taxpayers’ event in Lyon.
