Career

Marie-Laure assists the economic players in the Ain region in all areas of business law. She is involved during the different stages of the companies’ activity, to setup their finance operations, mergers, restructuring, liquidation, takeover or takeover.

She also advises organizations for their real estate operations and the management of relations between the shareholders.

After a first successful experience as a lawyer in the pharmaceutical industry, then as an attorney in the business law department in a regional law firm in Bourg-en-Bresse, Marie-Laure joined the company law department at Fidal in the Oyonnax office, where she worked for 8 years. She joined the firm YDES in April 2019.
