Crisis Management and Mediation

Overview

Our Crisis Management and Mediation department supports companies and individuals facing complex and sensitive situations, including the management of immediate crises, restructurings, acquisitions, major organisational changes, or the resolution of disputes.

Our mission is to intervene promptly to minimize risk, protect your interests, and restore trust—whether within your teams or with your partners. We design and implement bespoke solutions, tailored to each situation, in both amicable and contentious contexts.

We assist you in anticipating and managing risks related to disruptive events, such as organisational, financial, or social crises, as well as operational difficulties. During periods of transition, we support you through restructurings, help resolve internal or external conflicts, and offer concrete, actionable solutions.

Our expertise in mediation further enables us to resolve disputes constructively and respectfully by facilitating dialogue and working with all parties to find fair and sustainable outcomes.

Our Commitments

  • Clear, transparent communication
  • A proactive legal strategy
  • Continuous support in a secure and confidential environment
  • Maximum responsiveness and availability
  • A commitment to fair, lasting solutions

We stand by your side throughout the process—from the onset of the crisis to its resolution—through mediation, negotiation, or, where necessary, legal proceedings.

The Team

Maître Anne-Sophie Cantrel trained in mediation at IFOMENE and has served as a conventional mediator since 2011. Since 2018, she has been registered on the list of mediators for the Paris Court of Appeal.

Depending on the needs of each case, the department may collaborate with a network of trusted professionals — coaches, psychologists, lawyers, and mediators — to place the quality of human relationships at the heart of organisational and systemic strategies.
