Career
Harold mainly advises companies on the management of individual and collective employment relations and on the accomplishment of isolated operations (mergers-acquisitions, company transfers, restructurings) or international mobility operations. He is involved in litigation and represents his clients before all the courts, in particular the Employment tribunal.
After around ten years with the firm August Debouzy in which he offered advice and litigation for an international clientele, Harold decided to setup an entrepreneurial project by co-founding KMB Avocats in 2011. He developed a multi-sectorial and inclusive strategy, for a varied clientele, including companies and managing directors, which he continues with Ydès.
In addition to his significant legal expertise, Harold offers his clients a modern and multi-sectorial strategy whilst protecting employment issues, with the objective of providing pragmatic and sustainable solutions, with a priority focus on employment development.
