Career

Anne-Sophie Cantrel joined Ydès as a partner after more than 22 years of diverse experience serving businesses.

Throughout her career, she has held various roles—legal counsel in an investment bank, member of a strategic committee and supervisory board—developing a cross-disciplinary and comprehensive perspective on the legal, organisational, and relational challenges companies face.

As a fully independent and trusted advisor, Anne-Sophie is recognized for her expertise in business law, both in advisory and litigation contexts. She provides dedicated, high-value support grounded in active listening and transparent, responsible communication, working closely with her clients to define and implement effective legal strategies. Whether drafting, negotiating, or assessing legal risks, she brings a pragmatic approach tailored to the specific needs of each organisation.

She adopts a strategic, innovative, and rigorous approach to dispute resolution, with a particular focus on protecting her clients’ interests in high-stakes or crisis situations.

In parallel, as a court-appointed and conventional mediator registered with the Paris Court of Appeal, Anne-Sophie assists companies in resolving disputes—internally within teams, executive committees or shareholders, or externally with business partners. Her objective is to restore and prioritize the quality of human relationships within organizations, building coherence and trust.

Thanks to her dual expertise in law and mediation, she provides business leaders and managers with comprehensive support, combining conflict prevention, strategic legal advice, effective dispute resolution, and crisis management—contributing to the long-term resilience and performance of their organizations.

Anne-Sophie is also a member of the Association Nationale des Médiateurs (ANM) and Femmes Business Angels (FBA).
