Jean-Philippe Carpentier advises and assists companies and their directors in litigation. He attaches particular importance to building each solution and each strategy in partnership with them, so that their issues are at the heart of his solutions.
Jean-Philippe takes a pragmatic and effective approach to optimise the resolution of his French and international clients’ issues.
Jean-Philippe has founded and managed Carpentier Avocats since 1998. With his team, he has developed a cross-border practice, working on issues of Luxembourg and Swiss law. He also has a significant practice in the French overseas departments (DOM).
A graduate of the Néoma Business School (Rouen), Jean-Philippe holds a specialist certificate in corporate strategy from the HEC doctorate and a Master II in Litigation Law. He is fluent in German and English.
Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for Normandy and President of the Consular Corps of Normandy since 2024, teacher at the University of Rouen since 2019, regular writer of news in the magazine “Le Contemporain”, for example, Jean-Philippe is committed on a daily basis to passing on his knowledge and expertise.
