Alison holds a CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer) and has followed a legal career path focused on business law, enriched by a strong international and managerial dimension.
After gaining experience in several law firms specializing in business law, Alison completed her PPI internship in Corporate/M&A at A&O Shearman in Luxembourg, followed by her final internship in business litigation at Gide in Paris.
Her legal training was complemented by an LLM in Germany and business school, enabling her to develop a cross-disciplinary approach to legal issues.
