Bertrand Genaudy joins the firm as managing partner of Ydès with effect from Monday 1 May 2023.
Bertrand has practised mainly in civil litigation and business law for nearly 20 years.
He started out in Lyon in 1999 with the Lyon law firm DEYGAS, where he stayed for almost 5 years.
He then decided to move to Bourg-en-Bresse, his home town, where he continued to develop his practice, still in litigation, mainly in business law, corporate criminal law, insolvency proceedings and property seizures.
He also handles complex cases involving the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes and joint inheritance, and sometimes more confidential matters such as rural or equine law, given the particular geographical features of the département.
By joining Ydès, Bertrand will play a key role in the development of the Bourg-en-Bresse site and the firm as a whole, drawing on complementary expertise and global support.
