Career
Laetitia has a practice in litigation and consulting in intellectual property law, new information and communication technologies law and criminal law.
Through her internships with an international law firm (DLA Piper) and the IT/Digital legal department of L’Oréal, Laetitia has developed a particular expertise in the digital economy and the protection of personal data.
Laetitia then worked in several law firms specialized in these fields (Féral-Schuhl / Sainte-Marie, Delsol Avocats and Bignon Lebray) before joining the Digital Economy & Data department of Ydès in September 2022.
In parallel, Laetitia has been acting as a court-appointed lawyer since 2021 in the context of emergency criminal defence before the Paris Judicial Court.
