Valérie Modica-Geay

In this capacity, Valérie advises and assists French and international companies—particularly corporate groups operating across all sectors—primarily in corporate law matters (incorporation and ongoing legal support for corporate groups, corporate governance rules, and equity transactions).

She also supports and guides them in their external growth transactions as well as in their cross-border operations.

Valérie has developed specific expertise in group structuring, including mergers, demergers, partial asset contributions, and the implementation of employee and management incentive mechanisms (management packages).

In parallel, Valérie also contributes to the training of future lawyers at the Rhône-Alpes Bar School.
