Before joining YDÈS as a Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney, Valérie spent 15 years within a leading Lyon-based business law firm.
In this capacity, Valérie advises and assists French and international companies—particularly corporate groups operating across all sectors—primarily in corporate law matters (incorporation and ongoing legal support for corporate groups, corporate governance rules, and equity transactions).
She also supports and guides them in their external growth transactions as well as in their cross-border operations.
Valérie has developed specific expertise in group structuring, including mergers, demergers, partial asset contributions, and the implementation of employee and management incentive mechanisms (management packages).
At the same time, Valérie teaches at the Rhône-Alpes Law School as part of the training program for law students, where she also serves as co-instructor for the “Business Law” module.
