Alexia advises French and international clients on mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions.

Before joining the firm in 2025, Alexia gained experience in M&A/private equity at Deloitte Société d’Avocats, as well as in financing at Anglo-Saxon law firms, notably Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
