Sylane advises French and international clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as on structuring their commercial contracts.
After completing an initial internship with the Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions team at Ydès, he continued his career at the Mexican business law firm Ibarra Gallego.
There, he worked in both English and Spanish on corporate law transactions in an international context, before completing his training in business law at law firms in Lyon.
He rejoined Ydès as an attorney in 2026.
