After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law at the University of Burgundy, Valentine continued her studies by joining the Master’s program in Advanced Business Law (Master II) at Jean Moulin University Lyon III.
During this program, she completed several internships, notably in business law at the firm SEUTET ET AVOCATS in Dijon, then within the business litigation department at Ydès, where she became familiar with complex procedures and cases.
Admitted to the Bar School entrance exam (CRFPA) in 2023, she joined the EDARA School of Lawyers. Her training included an alternating internship in business litigation at the firm Lamartine, a six-month PPI internship at the Lyon Commercial Court, followed by a six-month final internship within the business litigation department at Ydès.
After obtaining her CAPA in 2025, she began practicing as a lawyer in January 2026 within Ydès’ business litigation team.
