In Paris, Ydès has created a department dedicated to crisis management and mediation.

Ydès continues to strengthen its teams by welcoming Anne-Sophie CANTREL and her team to its Paris office. With her expertise, she will lead a new department dedicated to crisis management and mediation.

Anne-Sophie CANTREL joined Ydès as a partner in March, bringing with her more than 22 years of diverse experience working with businesses.

This new department will enable Ydès to develop its multidisciplinary approach and add new skills to all of its teams.

A true independent partner, Anne-Sophie CANTREL is recognized for her expertise in business law, both in advisory and litigation matters. Whether negotiating, drafting, or managing contracts or risks, her approach is pragmatic and tailored to the specific needs of each organization.

At the same time, as a conventional and judicial mediator at the Paris Court of Appeal, she works with companies to facilitate conflict resolution, whether within teams, management committees, shareholder groups, or with external partners.

She is also a member of the National Association of Mediators (ANM) and the FBA – Femmes Business Angels association.

By joining Ydès, Anne-Sophie CANTREL is playing an active role in the firm’s growth and contributing to the development of this new department.
