We are proud to announce that Ydes has advised the majority shareholder of Silae – a provider of cloud-based Payroll and HR software headquartered in Aix-en-Provence, France – in its sale to Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm, with more than $60 billion in combined assets under management and committed capital Menlo Park, New York, London, Hong Kong, Cupertino and San Francisco.
The transaction has received the approval of the French antitrust authority. Completion took place on Sept 8th 2020.
