Ydès advises and assists Auraé in raising funds

Ydès is advising and assisting Auraé in raising €24 million from organic e-commerce shop La Fourche.

This is the first deal for the Auraé fund, which has established a strong position in the organic food market.

This acceleration will enable The Forks to develop and diversify its offering, with more than 4,500 products and over 110,000 members (a number that has doubled in a year) enjoying benefits and discounts in exchange for an annual subscription.
