YDES ADVISES PLANON GROUP (NETHERLANDS) ON ITS ACQUISITION OF A MAJORITY STAKE IN THE COMPANY UBIGREEN

Ydès advised Planon Group (Netherlands), world leader in sustainable smart building management software, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Ubigreen, a French proptech dedicated to energy performance and optimization of workspaces.
The Ydès team involved in this file alongside Buren (Lead Counsel – Pieter van den Berg and Bas van der Werff), was made up of Marc Chaudet (Partner Corporate – M&A) and Pierre Michel (associate), assisted by Harold Berrier (Partner) and Estelle Fabre (associate) on matters related to labor law and Jean-Christophe Chevallier (Partner) on intellectual property matters.
The sellers were advised by Squire Patton Boggs (Arnaud Lafarge, Nicolas Leveque and Eva Jouannic).
