Ydès is pleased to announce that Jean-Christophe Chevallier, Partner, contributed to the PrivacyRules response to the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) public consultation on its proposed Template for Personal Data Breach Notification.
Working alongside privacy and data protection professionals from leading law firms across Europe, Jean-Christophe Chevallier brought practical legal insight and hands-on experience to a collective contribution aimed at enhancing the clarity, consistency and operational effectiveness of personal data breach notifications.
This collaborative initiative highlights the importance of combining local expertise with an international perspective to help shape pragmatic, harmonised and effective data protection standards throughout Europe.
