Career
With almost 30 years’ experience in tax law, André has a solid background in the taxation of SMEs and ETIs, asset taxation and real estate taxation, both in France and internationally.
He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1997, specializing in direct taxation, where he assists his clients with consultancy, particularly in the structuring of corporate groups and wealth optimization, as well as with tax audits and litigation.
André was also seconded to the tax department of CMS Russia for 3 years (2009-2012).
He is a member of the “Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux” (IACF).
By joining Ydès, he becomes a key player in the firm’s growth by being entrusted with the creation of its tax department at the Paris site.
