Ydès advised the founder and CEO of HiConnect in connection with the sale of the company to the Implid Group, a leading provider of business consulting, accounting, legal, and HR services, as well as executive advisory services.
HiConnect specializes in providing labor and HR support to the French subsidiaries of foreign groups. The company currently assists many international companies with payroll, labor law, human resources, and coordination between foreign headquarters and French teams.
This transaction represents a significant milestone in HiConnect’s development and offers new growth opportunities for both its teams and its clients, in a context marked by the growing internationalization of businesses and the increasing complexity of cross-border HR challenges.
Ydès acted as counsel to the seller with a team led by:
