Ydès welcomes Guillaume Grisel as an associate in the Lyon office. He will strengthen the firm’s offering by developing his expertise in town planning and environmental law, practices in which he has been involved for more than 15 years.
Guillaume Grisel advises builders, developers, investors and operators at every stage of their operations, both as counsel and in litigation, particularly in relation to planning permission, the management of developments and land divisions, regulations governing establishments open to the public, environmental regulations and the management of polluted sites.
He advises and defends economic players, including manufacturers, in matters of environmental law, regulations governing establishments open to the public, policing and administrative sanctions.
After working as an associate in leading public law firms, Guillaume headed up the public law department of a business law firm.
Guillaume is a referent for public law training at the Ecole des avocats (EDARA). He is also a lecturer at Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 University, where he teaches at the Institute of Judicial Studies and at the Master 2 level in town planning law.
By joining Ydès, Guillaume becomes a key player in the firm’s development in new areas of expertise, enabling it to increase its multi-disciplinary capabilities.
