YDES ADVISES ADEQUAT GROUP (NETHERLANDS) ON ITS ACQUISITION OF A MAJORITY STAKE IN AxL GROUP IN ITALY

Ydès has advised Adequat Group, one of the world’s leading providers of recruitment services and human resources solutions, on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Italian AxL Group (AxL, AxL Formazione, Job Center and Unilinea).

This acquisition is the most significant acquisition realized by the group to date, after several acquisition in the last years in Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands and Canada. Ydès is delighted to have the opportunity to assist again the group in this new international development.

The Ydès team involved in this project comprised Marc Chaudet (Partner Corporate – M&A), Pierre Michel (Associate – Corporate – M&A) and André Loup (Tax Partner).

The local legal Italian counsels were Castaldi Partners (Anne-Manuelle Gaillet, Anna-Lisa Sepich) and Pirola Pennuto Zei (Daria Guglielmina Ferrario) for the tax aspects.
