Ydès welcomes Raphaël d ‘Assignies as Of Counsel in the Digital Economy & Data team in Paris. He joins 2 partners, Jean-Christophe Chevallier and Cyril Fabre, and 3 associates, Clervie Folliot, Laetitia Mathiolon and Eugénie Richard.

With more than 25 years of practice, Raphaël d ‘Assignies has solid experience in the hybrid sector of law and technological innovation. A former chairman of the “APP”, he has in-depth technical skills in IT development, particularly in the fields of machine learning and cybersecurity.

With his dual technical and legal expertise, Raphaël advises on cybersecurity (compliance audits, implementation of information management systems, risk studies, etc.), computer forensics (law of evidence in a digital environment) and the protection of intangible assets.

He also assists companies in the field of artificial intelligence (governance, implementation of technical and legal compliance tools, supply chain documentation, etc.) in the context of new regulations.
